1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by The MoodBoard, including one-on-one consultations, moodboard styling, and any additional design services.
1.2 By booking a session or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.3 The MoodBoard reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or email and will take immediate effect.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized platforms.
2.2 The consultancy fee for a one-on-one session is payable at the time of booking.
2.3 Customized moodboard services are charged separately and payment must be made upfront to confirm the service.
2.4 Payment is accepted through Razorpay or other secure gateways as indicated during booking.
2.5 Non-payment or declined transactions will result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 The one-on-one consultancy fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2 The service charge for mood board creation is refundable only if a refund request is made within 24 hours of payment, provided no design process has been initiated.
3.3 The service charge becomes non-refundable Once any design options or drafts have been shared with the client.
3.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
4. Service Delivery
4.1 One-on-one consultations will be conducted at the scheduled time, either online or through an agreed platform.
4.2 Customized mood boards will be delivered within the agreed timeline, subject to receipt of all required inputs from the client.
4.3 Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submissions of details or approvals) may impact delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of The MoodBoard.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the effectiveness of the consultation or mood board creation.
5.2 Clients are expected to communicate clearly and promptly during the project timeline.
5.3 Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs within the provided timeframe to avoid delays.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All designs, moodboards, and materials provided by [Your Business Name] are protected by copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of the company.
6.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered designs for personal or agreed purposes only.
6.3 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
7. Cancellation policy
7.1 Clients can reschedule one-on-one sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
7.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of the consultancy fee.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1 The MoodBoard will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
